Purpose of the role
We are looking for motivated individuals to join our weaving department as Trainee Weavers.
This is an excellent opportunity to learn a specialist manufacturing skill within a supportive environment. During your training period, you will work Monday to Friday on day shifts, developing the knowledge and practical skills required to become a fully competent Weaver.
Once training has been successfully completed, you will move into a permanent night shift position, with your salary increasing to £34,643 per annum .
No previous weaving experience is required. We are looking for reliable individuals with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
