Purpose of the roleTo manage all incoming finished goods from internal and external suppliers and ensure the RNPIFL stock file is correctly maintained.
Ensure all goods received stock is accurately labelled and all stock is put away into the correct type of storage location and the location accurately recorded on the AS400 systemThe day to dayTo adhere to the Camira Code of Conduct and comply with all relevant quality, environmental, health & safety, data protection, and corporate legislative requirementsMonitoring the RNPIFL stock file daily to ensure stock is located to meet customer demands and any anomalies are investigated and rectified in a timely manner.
Be the main point of contact for customer services team for all stock related enquiries.
Labelling received stock, confirming details match with suppliers' labels as required.
Liaising with suppliers to dispute any incorrect information and rectify issues.
Putting received stock into tube locations in such a way that AS400 recognises these locations, and stock can be found when required for customer orders.
