Purpose of the role To provide a timely and precise response to key responsibilities, such as returns, CCRs and stock takes, whilst continuously improving the accuracy of stock locations and eliminating costs. The day to day To adhere to the Camira Code of Conduct and comply with all relevant quality, environmental, health & safety, data protection, and corporate legislative requirements Process customer returns, improving the speed in which returns / CCRs are processed, to allow customers to receive credits in a timely manner. Manage AS400 stock locations and transactions, investigating anomalies and making process improvements where possible. Investigate warehouse CCRs, reporting monthly findings and progress, working with key stakeholders on quality issues where required. Organise cyclical stock takes, investigating and reporting on errors found, to continuously increase the accuracy of finished goods stock. Support the stock team to ensure accuracy of inbound goods, liaising with the planning team to improve RNPIFL and FG stock accuracy.
