- What You\'ll Do
- Operate winding machines to rewind yarn onto cones and packages.
- Monitor yarn tension and quality throughout the winding process.
- Identify and resolve minor faults such as yarn breaks.
- Record production information accurately and report any issues.
- Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment.
- Follow quality, environmental and health &Safety standards at all times.
- Training Outcome
After completion of the Textile Manufacturing Operative (TMO) qualification, the applicant will progress onto an Engineering Qualification.
