We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the end-to-end implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP across our clients organisation, a PE backed professional services company. This role will oversee the full project lifecycle – from planning and design through to deployment, go-live, and post-implementation stabilisation.
The successful candidate will work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and external partners, ensuring the ERP solution supports the business strategy, meets operational needs, and is delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the end-to-end implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Define and manage the overall project plan, timeline, milestones, and deliverables
- Coordinate internal teams and external partners (e.g. systems integrators, consultants)
- Drive requirements gathering and validation with business process owners
- Oversee solution design, configuration, data migration, testing, and training
- Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests proactively
- Ensure alignment with business objectives and best practices for ERP governance
- Prepare regular project updates for executive leadership and steering committees
- Lead cutover planning and execution for a successful go-live
- Establish post-go-live support and continuous improvement approach
- Proven track record of delivering at least one full-cycle D365 ERP implementation
- 7+ years’ experience in project management, with a focus on ERP and business transformation programmes
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (F&O, SCM, or BC) and ERP processes (finance, supply chain, operations, etc.)
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment
- Experienced in managing third-party vendors and systems integrators
- Familiar with project methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid models
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred
