We are excited to be partnering with an industry leading high-growth PE backed tech firm with offices internationally. The business has been through PE transactions and is continuing to grow. Our partner is seeing consistent growth organically and acquisitively and will be looking to expand further globally.
The successful candidate will be working closely with the senior finance team to build processes and controls across the business as they keep growing. We are looking for someone enthusiastic and driven to get stuck into a leadership role within a growing business. Key responsibilities but not limited to:- The management of the Finance team alongside the senior finance team
- Responsible for the timely and accurate production of management accounts and statutory accounts
- Review accounts and mentor junior members of the team
- Collaborate with auditors and ensure the smooth running of group and local audits
- Business partnering with regional leads to ensure accurate budgeting and forecasting
- Create efficiencies in processes and system implementation
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified
- Strong interpersonal skillset
