We are seeking a high-calibre M&A specialist to join the team and play a pivotal role in driving this ambitious growth. This is a unique opportunity to join a business in its early stages and take ownership of the entire M&A lifecycle, reporting directly to the CEO and working closely with the private equity sponsor.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end M&A execution
- Work closely with the CEO and PE investors to shape the inorganic growth strategy
- Complete 3β5 deals per year focused on the UK financial services market
- Build strong relationships with target companies, advisors, and internal stakeholders
