Camino Search is partnered with an ambitious PE-backed buy and build services business. Backed by an impressive private equity fund, the company has successfully completed several acquisitions in recent years. With ambitious growth plans across Europe, the business will aim to execute 3-5 acquisitions annually. We are seeking an M&A Director to lead their strategic expansion efforts. This is an opportunity to drive M&A in an acquisitive, high-growth business. As M&A Director, you will play a crucial role in both origination and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead M&A transactions from origination through execution.
- Meet with new clients to identify and pursue strategic acquisition opportunities.
- Drive deal execution, including drafting IC memos and overseeing due diligence (outsourced).
- Report to CEO and work closely with private equity backers to align M&A strategy with growth objectives.
- Collaborate with the PMI Manager to ensure smooth integration of acquired businesses.
- Manage acquisitions in the €1-5m EBITDA range across Europe.
