Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and internal controls.
• Lead month-end and year-end close processes, delivering accurate and timely financial statements.
• Partner with senior leadership to provide strategic insights and support decision-making.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and treasury functions.
• Drive process improvements and implement best practices across finance operations.
• Supervise and develop a small finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and growth.

About You

• Qualified accountant with proven experience in a Financial Controller role.
• Strong technical knowledge of UK GAAP and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Hands-on approach with a proactive mindset and attention to detail.
• Previous experience in a
  professional services environment
  is highly desirable.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
