Camino Search is partnered with a European PE-backed buy and build professional services business. With ambitious growth plans, the business will aim to execute several acquisitions annually. We are seeking a Head of M&A to drive inorganic growth. This is an opportunity to drive M&A in an acquisitive, high-growth business. As Head of M&A, you will be the sole M&A professional, hands-on and will play a crucial role.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead M&A transactions from origination through execution.
- Meet with new clients to identify and pursue strategic acquisition opportunities.
- Drive deal execution, including drafting IC memos and overseeing due diligence (outsourced).
- Work closely with investors and c-suite to align M&A strategy with growth objectives.
- Manage acquisitions in the €1-10m EBITDA range across Europe.
Key Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in M&A.
- Proven track record in a PE-backed buy and build.
- Track record of closing deals internationally.
- Experience in Professional Services.
- Strong background in deal origination and execution.
