We are delighted to be partnering with a market-leading, private equity-backed services business undergoing significant transformation and growth. Operating across multiple entities with a strong UK footprint and increasing international reach, the business is investing heavily in its finance operations to support scale, acquisitions, and an enhanced customer experience.
As part of this journey, they are seeking a Head of Group Order to Cash (O2C) / Shared Services to design, lead, and embed a centralised O2C function. This is a senior, high-impact role working closely with the Group CFO and wider senior leadership team, with full accountability for cash performance, billing accuracy, and working capital optimisation. This role offers the opportunity to lead large-scale transformation, standardise processes across the group, and build a best-in‐class Order to Cash operation that supports growth, M&A integration, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the Group Order to Cash and Shared Services function, setting strategy and operating standards.
- Own end-to-end O2C processes including billing, credit management, collections, disputes, and cash application.
- Drive cash collection, working capital improvement, and billing accuracy across the group.
- Establish group-wide O2C policies, controls, KPIs, and performance reporting.
- Act as senior escalation point for complex or high-risk customer finance matters.
- Lead O2C elements of M&A integration and business change initiatives.
- Senior leadership experience within Order to Cash in a complex, multi-entity environment.
- Proven track record delivering cash and working capital improvements at scale.
- Strong technical knowledge of billing, credit control, and collections in high-volume settings.
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead large teams through change.
