We're supporting a growing technology & services‐led business in the search for a hands‐on fractional finance leader to strengthen financial control and support the leadership team through the next phase of growth. This is a practical, delivery‐focused role with responsibility for day‐to‐day finance, month‐end reporting, cash flow oversight, and improving processes. You'll act as the senior finance lead on a part‐time basis, working closely with founders and key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Monthly management accounts, cash flow, and KPIs
- Oversight of transactional finance and month‐end close
- Budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Strengthening controls, reporting, and finance processes
- Partner with C-suite team and Private Equity investors
- Liaison with external accountants and advisors
Background Sought
- Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
- Prior Financial Controller or senior finance experience in an SME or growth business
- Experience in tech, SaaS, or professional services preferred
