We are partnering with a dynamic IT Services business undergoing a period of transformation and growth. As part of this journey, they are seeking an Interim FP&A Manager to provide critical financial insight and modelling expertise during this pivotal phase.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage weekly cashflow forecasting and liquidity planning
- Build and maintain robust financial models to support strategic decision-making
- Deliver timely and accurate financial reporting and analysis to senior stakeholders
- Partner with operational teams to provide commercial insight and performance tracking
- Support transformation initiatives, including process improvement and systems optimisation
- Analyse and report on software KPIs and SaaS metrics (e.g., ARR, churn, CAC, LTV)
Ideal Candidate
- Proven experience in FP&A roles within IT Services or SaaS businesses
- Strong technical modeller with advanced Excel and/or financial modelling tools
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, change-heavy environments
- Deep understanding of software business models and performance metrics
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to roll up sleeves to get things done
- Experience supporting business transformation or M&A activity is a plus
