Interim CFO (IT Services)

We are seeking an experienced Interim Chief Financial Officer to support a growing, PE-backed IT services business through a period of transformation and accelerated growth post acquisition. The ideal candidate will bring a strong track record in technology-enabled services, financial leadership in PE environments, and the ability to operate hands‑on in a fast-moving organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all financial operations, including reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash management.
• Partner closely with the CEO and private equity investors to drive value creation initiatives and execute the 100‑day plan
• Strengthen financial controls, systems, and processes to support scale.
• Provide strategic insight on profitability, pricing, and operational efficiency.
• Support M&A activity, including due diligence, integration planning, and financial modelling.
• Oversee monthly board packs, KPI reporting, and covenant monitoring.

Experience & Requirements

• Proven experience as CFO or senior finance leader within IT services, managed services, or technology-enabled businesses.
• Prior success in a private equity–backed environment, ideally through growth, transformation, or exit cycles.
• Strong command of financial reporting, cashflow management, and operational metrics.
• Ability to work at pace, balancing strategic leadership with hands‑on execution.
• Exceptional communication skills and stakeholder management capability.
