About the Role: I am looking to speak with Senior Cost FP&A Analyst to lead cost-focused financial planning and analysis across workforce and operating expenses. This role is critical in managing large-scale cost models, improving forecasting processes, and enhancing data automation. Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain complex workforce cost models, including salary, benefits, and headcount forecasting. Transition manual Excel models to integrated tools such as Adaptive Planning, using data from CRM/ERP systems Identify and challenge cost drivers to uncover savings and support long-term workforce planning. Understand and model commission schemes to ensure accurate tracking of variable pay. Support monthly reporting and analysis across Opex, Headcount, and Capex. Requirements: Strong FP&A experience with a focus on cost and workforce planning. Proficient in financial modelling and experience with planning tools (Adaptive Planning preferred). Familiarity with systems integration (Workday, Salesforce, etc.). Experience analysing commission structures and their financial impact. Confident working cross-functionally and presenting to stakeholders.
