FP&A Consulting Manager

About Us We are working with a consultancy business with private equity investment, embarking on an exciting phase of transformation and growth. As they scale, they are seeking an ambitious and analytically sharp Interim FP&A Manager to support our CFO and leadership team in driving financial insight and strategic decision-making for three to six months. This is a high-impact role ideal for a commercially minded finance professional with 2–5 years of experience in FP&A, ideally within a PE-backed or fast-paced environment. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our financial strategy, enhancing reporting, and driving performance through data-led insights. Financial Modelling & Analysis: Build and refine financial models to assess business performance, forecast growth, and support strategic initiatives. Collaborate with the CFO to enhance the board reporting pack, ensuring it meets the expectations of private equity stakeholders. Lead the development and refinement of a new KPI framework, modelling the impact of key metrics on business performance. Data Manipulation & Presentation: Consolidate and interpret data from multiple sources, presenting clear, concise insights to the CFO and senior leadership. Operational Analysis: Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and financial performance through data-driven analysis. Strong financial modelling and Excel/Google Sheets skills. ~
