To make this vision a reality, we\’re looking for a Finance Director who doesn\’t just crunch numbers, but drives strategy, value creation, and meaningful growth.

You\’ll be at the heart of a fast-paced, client-centric business that thrives on creativity helping global brands make powerful, hyper-relevant connections with their audiences.

The role in practice:
Act as a financial partner to the CEO and management team on both financial and business strategy
Lead budgeting, forecasting, reporting, payroll, VAT, Corporation tax, and statutory accounts
Develop dashboards and board packs that inform business-critical decisions
Support M&A activity and funding requirements
Engage with agency and client leadership on profitability, staffing, and capacity planning
Build, lead, and mentor a commercially-oriented, high-performing finance team
What we\’re looking for:
Proven experience in PE-backed environments, M&A, and exit scenarios
Strong commercial acumen and credibility with senior leadership and external stakeholders
Experience in marketing, creative, or advertising agencies (Agency, Digital, PR or Marketing Services)
Chartered accountant (or equivalent) with technical accounting expertise
Strategic thinker who is also hands‐on in a fast-paced environment
Location: Hybrid but 2 days on sight
