Camino Search are partnered with a PE backed technology business and we’re looking for an experienced NetSuite Finance Transformation Director to lead the setup of a scalable, high-performing finance function. You’ll oversee the end-to-end implementation of NetSuite ERP while designing and embedding core finance processes, controls, and structures from scratch. This is a hands-on, strategic role at the heart of a high-growth transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead NetSuite ERP implementation across finance
- Build the finance function from the ground up: processes, policies, reporting, and team
- Design and deliver a future-ready finance operating model
- Collaborate across functions to align systems, data, and controls
- Oversee chart of accounts, entity setup, and data integrity
- Drive automation and system integration to improve efficiency
- Manage project plans, budgets, timelines, and risks
- Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement
What You’ll Bring:
