Finance Manager | Rapid Growth SaaS | London/Hybrid Salary: £55,000 – £60,000 – Plus Bonus We’re looking for a passionate Finance Manager that thrives in a high growth environment. The Finance Manager will report to the Group Finance Director. This individual will assist with month-end close, budgeting/forecasting, statutory compliance and reporting, integration of new businesses and ensure accurate financial reporting and analysis for a portfolio of acquired companies Key Responsibilities: Working closely with the Group Finance Director overseeing day-to-day finance operations Board pack/ MI prep & analysis Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports Ensure effective financial internal controls and continually evaluate established policies and procedures Maintain high-level interaction with the corporate finance department Actively participate in the processes related to the acquisition of new companies Essential Background: Fully qualified /Finalist level accountant 3-4 years of practice experience required Experience with reporting and/or audits Some experience within tax Experience in a rapidly changing environment where agility and an eye for detail is crucial Advanced Excel and the ability to manipulate large datasets Strong communication skills and can effectively communicate their opinion and views A self-starter with the ability to work independently and part of a team What’s in it for you?
