Commercial Finance Director We are excited to be partnering with an industry leading PE backed technology firm. The business has seen phenomenal growth – acquisitively and organically. Theyre looking at expanding their market share nationally and internationally. As a result, the business is looking for an ambitious individual to support with growth. The successful candidate will work very closely with the CFO to help drive the business’ strategy forward. This is a great opportunity to join a business thats renowned for being a very rewarding place to work with amazing progression opportunities. Key responsibilities: – Driving the annual budgeting process and analysis – Develop and maintain financial models including analysing key business KPIs – Business partnering with a variety of stakeholders across the business – Creating dashboards to support the decision-making process of management and external stakeholders – Transformation focused, commercial, driving growth – Delivering acquisition accounting and driving M&A – Preparing board packs and presenting to senior stakeholders – And more!
