Role Overview: The CFO will play a key role in shaping the financial future of the company by overseeing all financial operations, ensuring robust financial planning, and providing strategic insights to the leadership team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in private equity, a proven track record of financial leadership in a high-growth environment, and the ability to optimise financial processes to support sustainable growth. Key Responsibilities: Financial Strategy & Leadership: Develop and execute the company’s financial strategy in alignment with business objectives and private equity goals. Lead financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with private equity investors, board members, and the executive team to provide clear and actionable financial insights and reports. Operational Excellence: Oversee financial operations including accounting, treasury, tax, and financial reporting to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. Performance Management: Implement performance KPIs to track business performance and identify opportunities for improvement. Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. Key Qualifications: Proven experience as CFO or senior financial leader in a private equity-backed business. Strong expertise in financial planning, analysis, and reporting , with a solid understanding of private equity structures and value creation. Experience in managing relationships with private equity investors and delivering value through strategic financial leadership. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
