This is a well-established, multi-site professional services company with a strong client base and ambitious growth plans. With recent acquisitions and continued expansion, the business is looking for a CFO who can bring financial discipline, operational insight, and strategic foresight to the leadership team.
As CFO, you’ll be a key member of the executive team, responsible for leading the finance function while acting as a true business partner across the organisation. You’ll play a central role in driving profitability and managing the integration of acquired businesses.
- Lead financial strategy, planning, and performance management
- Partner with operational leaders to optimise utilisation, pricing, and margin
- Drive EBITDA growth through commercial insight and cost discipline

What We’re Looking For:
- Proven CFO or senior finance leadership experience in a professional services or people-based business sub £50m revenue
- Strong track record of driving EBITDA growth and operational improvement ESSENTIAL
- Experience managing integrations and aligning commercial models post-acquisition
- Private Equity Experience is Essential
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified or equivalent
