Camino Search is currently partnering with a well established mid-market private equity fund looking to hire a Shared Services Transformation Director to build, operate, and then transfer a Shared Service Centre for one of their software portfolio companies. This will initially operate as 15 - 20 FTEs for back-office functions, growing to 30 - 40 FTEs encompassing technology and engineering. The portfolio company is c.£100M revenue and the fund are looking at India, Eastern Europe and South Africa for the SSC.
£1000 - £1200pd, starting ASAP, can be based anywhere in Europe but must be flexible to travel.
Required Experience:- Proven track record delivering a BOT model (Build, Operate, Transfer) Shared Service Centre, ideally in India, Eastern Europe, or South Africa.
- Experience running similar initiatives for £50M - £150M revenue businesses, and similar size SSC operations (15 - 20 FTEs initially).
- Background in the software sector, with a preference for candidates who bring private equity experience too.
