Banking and Finance Partner with Hybrid working

I\’m looking to speak with \” Cost Focused\” Finance Business Partners to lead my clients\’ workforce cost modelling, streamline reporting processes, and drive cost efficiency. You\’ll partner closely with HR, Operations, and Commercial teams to provide actionable insights and support strategic planning across Opex, Capex, and headcount. Transition manual Excel models into automated tools (e.g. Workday, Adaptive Planning). Provide accurate, timely insights to support planning, budgeting, and decision-making. Qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA) with strong FP&A or cost partnering experience. Proficient in Excel and financial systems; experience with Workday/Adaptive Planning preferred.
