The Role: As an Associate Recruitment Consultant, you’ll act as the vital link between candidates and clients. You’ll be responsible for:

  • Sourcing candidates through platforms like LinkedIn and our internal database
  • Conducting screenings and updating candidate profiles with career aspirations and availability
  • Providing career guidance to help candidates navigate their job search
  • Arranging interviews and keeping all parties informed throughout the process
  • Generating leads through candidate conversations and market research
  • Building relationships with new and existing clients
  • Taking references to qualify candidates and uncover potential new business opportunities
  • Maintaining service standards, ensuring a quality experience for clients and candidates
