The Company
My client is an established specialist recruitment agency in the tech markets and is looking to take the next step in their growth journey, hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist. They are looking to hire someone to lead the internal recruitment function within the business, allowing them to efficiently hire top talent at all levels from rookies to experienced sales hires. This person will have a complete clean slate to work with and will work directly with the COO to implement processes, hiring strategies and competencies.

The Role
As a Talent Acquisition Consultant, you will:
- Work closely with senior management to understand the gaps in the business not only currently but for their future growth.
- Take briefs from internal management of their requirements and help to recruit the right talent.
- Utilise various mediums to source individuals who are actively looking as well as passive candidates.
- Be responsible for pre-qualifying the candidates and providing detailed summaries of suitable candidates for interview.
- Ensure that relevant references are taken where required.
- Ensure that there is a strong pipeline of quality candidates for our business growth needs.
- Look to hire at multiple levels alongside the needs of each team across the business.
What we are looking for
- Previous experience as a 360 Biller or in a TA role in a Recruitment Agency.
- Self-driven personality and a desire to be hands-on across all things talent attraction and market engagement.
