Having grown from a small founding team to more than 40 employees in under three years, the company is on track to more than triple revenue in the current financial year and has ambitious plans to double headcount, expand internationally, launch new service lines, and continue scaling towards a long-term £50m revenue target.
To support this growth, we are seeking a commercially minded, entrepreneurial Head of Talent Acquisition to build and lead the talent strategy for the next phase of expansion.
The Opportunity
Reporting directly to the leadership team and sitting on the SLT, you will own all internal hiring across the business and play a key role in shaping its future. This is not a traditional TA role. The business already has strong demand, an exceptional client base, and ambitious growth plans. The challenge is attracting, hiring and retaining enough high-performing people to fuel that growth.
You will have the platform, investment, technology and influence to make a genuine impact whilst helping build a business recognised as one of the best places to work in the industry.
What you will be doing
- Designing and executing the company's talent acquisition strategy.
- Scaling headcount significantly across multiple UK and international locations.
- Attracting experienced recruiters, future leaders and emerging talent.
- Building talent pipelines that support aggressive growth plans.
- Developing the employer brand and market presence.
- Partnering with senior leaders on workforce planning and organisational design.
- Improving hiring processes, onboarding, retention and long-term people strategy.
- Leveraging cutting-edge AI and talent intelligence tools to create competitive advantage.
