We are supporting a fast-growing global recruitment business specialising in technology recruitment. They are passionate about helping organisations scale through exceptional talent acquisition and are continuing an exciting growth journey. As part of their expansion plans, they are looking to appoint a Talent Acquisition Consultant to help attract and secure top recruitment talent.

The Opportunity

They are seeking a Talent Acquisition Consultant who will focus on hiring recruitment consultants and senior recruitment professionals to support continued business growth. This role is critical in ensuring the organisation attracts, engages and secures high-performing recruitment talent capable of thriving in a dynamic and ambitious environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the full recruitment lifecycle for Recruitment Consultant and related hires.
  • Source, screen and assess candidates, with a focus on recruitment agency and sales recruitment backgrounds.
  • Partner with hiring managers and key stakeholders to understand talent requirements and deliver effective recruitment solutions.
  • Develop innovative sourcing strategies to build strong candidate pipelines.
  • Provide an outstanding candidate experience through professional communication and engagement.
  • Manage offers, negotiations and onboarding processes.
  • Stay informed of market trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive hiring advantage.

What Our Client Is Looking For

  • Proven experience within talent acquisition, ideally recruiting for recruitment agencies or sales-focused roles.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment agency environments and performance-driven cultures.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A self‑motivated and target‑driven approach.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems such as Bullhorn is desirable.
