An established and steady growth recruitment business is looking for a Talent Acquisition Consultant to join its growing internal talent team in London. If you have 1+ years’ experience in talent acquisition or internal recruitment within a recruitment company, and you're excited about playing a key role in scaling high-performing teams, this could be the ideal next step.
In this role, you’ll focus on building and maintaining a strong pipeline of top-tier candidates across both junior and senior consultant levels, helping the business attract, engage, and hire the very best talent in a competitive market.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Proactively sourcing and engaging high-potential recruitment consultants (junior to senior level)
- Managing the candidate experience from initial contact through to offer
- Building talent pools and maintaining long-term relationships with strong prospects
- Partnering with internal stakeholders to understand evolving hiring needs
- Contributing to employer brand initiatives and candidate attraction strategies
- Using data and insights to improve sourcing effectiveness
What We’re Looking For:
