Camino Partners are delighted to be working with a leading, well‑established Recruitment organisation who are looking to appoint a Senior / Group Management Accountant to join its high‑performing team. Operating across multiple entities, the business has a strong culture, impressive staff retention and a clear focus on continuous improvement. This is a highly visible role, offering genuine ownership and the opportunity to play a key part in driving automation and process transformation.

Reporting into senior leadership, the successful candidate will act as a trusted number two within the team, taking responsibility for group reporting activities while supporting a range of systems and process improvement initiatives. This role would suit someone who enjoys working in a hands‑on environment and is motivated by the opportunity to make a tangible impact.

Key responsibilities:
  • Take ownership of month‑end reporting across a multi-entity environment, including consolidations and associated analysis.
  • Deliver insightful KPI reporting and provide meaningful commentary to support decision‑making.
  • Lead key compliance and year‑end activities, working closely with external stakeholders where required.
  • Drive automation and process improvements within a predominantly manual environment.
  • Support upcoming systems projects and implementations to improve efficiency and scalability.
  • Act as a trusted partner to senior management and contribute to the ongoing development of the team.
What We're Looking For:
  • Previous experience operating in a Group or multi‑entity environment.
  • Strong consolidation experience and exceptional attention to detail.
  • A background within the recruitment sector.
  • A track record of driving systems improvements and enhancing processes.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to provide clear written and verbal commentary.
  • A proactive, self‑sufficient approach and the ability to deliver on improvement initiatives.
  • Exposure to PE‑backed or investor‑led environments would be advantageous.
