Overview
We are seeking an experienced Sales Trainer to join a specialist recruitment business based in Billericay. This role offers flexibility (full-time or part-time) and the chance to work closely with consultants and leadership to drive performance, capability, and long-term sales success.

Β£45-70k β Part-Time 3-4 days or Full-Time 5 days
Responsibilities
- On-the-job coaching and call coaching with consultants
- Providing at-desk support to reinforce best practice
- Delivering and maintaining classroom training programmes
- Leading role plays and assessments to strengthen sales capability
- Ensuring effective use of CRM systems and sales processes
- Coaching to close performance gaps at individual and team level
- Analysing performance data to identify skills gaps and reporting findings to SLT
- Partnering with the Sales Director to align training with business objectives
What weβre looking for
- Previous background as a recruiter (contract/interim preferred)
- Experience in sales training or L&D, ideally within a recruitment or sales-driven environment
- Strong coaching and mentoring skills, with the ability to influence consultants at all levels
- Confident delivering training both in structured settings and one-to-one at desk
- Commercially minded with the ability to translate performance data into actionable insights
