We have partnered with a prestigious Executive Search firm who are looking for an Executive Assistant in their Central London office. This is a fast growing boutique advisory firm founded in 2021, specialising in executive search and interim leadership solutions for private equity backed businesses. The firm operates a balanced model of executive search and interim assignments, with additional advisory work across transformation and finance. Its core client base consists of mid to large cap private equity investors, supporting leadership teams across technology, product, data, AI and value creation mandates.

The firm is hiring an Executive Assistant to support senior leaders during a critical phase of business growth. This is a high impact, proactive EA role, not a traditional reactive PA position. You will act as a trusted partner to senior leadership, helping them operate efficiently, stay focused on priorities, and execute at speed.

  • Providing high‑quality administrative support to senior leaders as required
  • Supporting outreach activity, candidate communications and relationship management
  • Assisting with internal projects and ad‑hoc initiatives aligned to business priorities
  • Maintaining data within a CRM system
  • Supporting research and insight using external data and intelligence platforms
  • Acting as a positive, professional presence in a small, close knit office environment

Bonus is performance linked. Benefits include ~25 days plus bank holidays, pension scheme, private healthcare, gym membership, and office‑based four days per week in Central London with hybrid working options. Those with over 18 months EA experience will be prioritised.
