A growing international services business is looking to hire a Payroll & Billings Assistant to support contractor payroll and client invoicing across the UK and overseas. Reporting into a senior payroll and billings Manager, this role is ideal for someone with existing finance or payroll experience who is looking to build depth in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Responsibilities
- Support UK and international contractor payroll and payment runs
- Assist with processing and validating timesheets in line with client and contractual requirements
- Assist with contractor invoicing and client billing, including use of client portals
- Support contractor payments and issue remittance advices
- Maintain accurate contractor bank and payment details across systems
- Produce contractor payment, status, and missing timesheet reports
- Assist with payment reconciliations and margin-supporting reports
- Help manage a shared finance inbox and respond to payroll and billing queries
