I am currently representing an ambitious high-growth international recruitment business that is looking to hire a driven and highly organised Operations Executive to support the day-to-day running of the business. Key Responsibilities

  • Operations & Business Support
    • Oversee the smooth running of daily office and operational activities
    • Support onboarding and offboarding processes for employees and contractors
    • Maintain and enhance internal processes and workflows
    • Manage CRM/ATS systems, ensuring data accuracy and reporting
  • Recruitment & Sales Support
    • Assist consultants with candidate onboarding and compliance checks
    • Coordinate documentation and contract administration
    • Produce reports on KPIs, placements, and overall performance
  • Relocation & HR Coordination
    • Assist with relocation logistics including visa processing and onboarding
    • Support HR administration and employee experience initiatives
    • Work alongside office management to maintain a high-quality working environment

  • 2-5 years’ experience in operations, recruitment coordination, or office management is highly desirable
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a high-growth environment
