Overview
Operations Executive role providing broad exposure to business operations and administration. The scope may evolve with business growth and the individual’s capabilities, initiative, and interests.
Office & Administration
- Manage kitchen supplies, office standards, mail, and supplier relationships (cleaning, repairs, improvements).
- Maintain equipment stock, asset trackers, and business cards.
- Provide diary management and inbox support (founders, team, Info/LinkedIn).
- Process expenses, update company documentation (website, handbook, policies).
- Support with presentations, documentation, and use of internal platforms (e.g. B.Connected).
Legal & Compliance
- Send and track Terms of Business.
- Support GDPR, compliance, and contract processes.
Onboarding & Offboarding
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Organise inductions and onboarding schedules.
- Deliver system navigation training.
CRM, Reporting & Data
- Maintain CRM configuration, coding, and updates.
- Produce regular reports on activity, performance, and data quality.
- Support and manage automations, analytics, and training resources.
- Act as the first point of contact for CRM/system queries.
- Act as first-line IT support and manage supplier relationships.
- Oversee telephony, work phones, and recruitment tools.
- Support troubleshooting, training, and system adoption.
Events & Culture
- Coordinate travel and logistics for staff and events.
- Organise internal and external events (socials, conferences, incentives).
- Manage team celebrations and cultural initiatives.
- Drive company culture through activities and engagement.
Projects & Initiatives
- Support the Senior Operations Manager on projects (new systems, B Corp, integrations).
- Monitor and provide feedback on system rollouts.
- Lead charity initiatives across the UK and US.
