We are hiring a Project Coordinator to play a key role in supporting project delivery, operations, and marketing within a high-performing, fast-paced professional services environment. This role is ideal for someone who loves structure, enjoys producing high-quality work, and thrives on keeping complex projects running smoothly.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Creating, formatting, and proofreading polished client- and candidate-facing documents
  • Managing project records and CRM data to ensure accuracy across all live searches

  • Supporting marketing activity, website updates, events, and thought-leadership initiatives

  • 2–4 years’ experience in executive search, recruitment, or a similar professional services role is essential
  • Excellent written communication and meticulous attention to detail
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders
  • Confident using CRM/ATS systems, Microsoft Office, and SharePoint
  • Proactive, reliable, and commercially aware, with a collaborative and solutions-oriented mindset
  • Experience supporting marketing or events is a plus
