Management Accountant

Are you a qualified or a nearly qualified finance professional looking for your next challenge in a fast-paced, international environment? Our client, a global leader in workforce solutions, is seeking a Management Accountant to join their EMEA finance team on a 6-month fixed-term contract.

This is a pivotal role within the EMEA finance function, supporting a business that manages thousands of contractors across multiple countries. You\’ll be responsible for statutory and tax compliance, internal reporting, payroll oversight, and supporting strategic finance projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee statutory, corporation, and payroll tax compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
• Collaborate with an offshore BPO team to deliver accurate year-end audits and monthly reporting.
• Review management accounts, balance sheet reconciliations, and board packs.
• Support treasury and cashflow forecasting.
• Contribute to finance transformation projects and onboarding of new clients.

About You:

• ACA/ACCA qualified or nearly qualified.
• Minimum 2 years in a similar role.
• Strong technical accounting skills.
• Experience with accounting software (Certinia/FinancialForce preferred).
