We are looking for a strategic marketing leader to drive the growth of our flagship media brand, while strengthening the overall group reputation across Search and Venture. This is a high-impact role at the intersection of content, audience development, and brand building in the fast-moving technology sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Grow Viewership & Subscribers: Develop and execute ambitious growth strategies to significantly increase viewership, audience engagement, and paid/free subscriber numbers for our podcast.
  • Content Marketing Leadership: Oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns (organic and paid) across YouTube, newsletters, social media, SEO, and emerging platforms.
  • Brand Building: Lead marketing initiatives that elevate the master brand, positioning us as a leader in technology, search, and venture ecosystems.
  • Performance Marketing: Manage SEO, SEM, email marketing, and acquisition campaigns with a strong focus on measurable ROI and scalable growth.
  • Cross-Division Collaboration: Work closely with editorial, product, venture, and search teams to ensure cohesive storytelling and brand alignment.
  • Audience Insights: Use data and analytics to identify opportunities, track campaign performance, and continuously optimise user acquisition and retention strategies.

  • Proven track record in marketing, ideally within media, tech, or subscription-based businesses.
  • Strong experience growing digital audiences and subscription products.
