We have partnered with a prestigious Executive Search firm who are looking for an Executive Assistant in their Central London office. This is a fast growing boutique advisory firm founded in 2021, specialising in executive search and interim leadership solutions for private equity backed businesses. The firm operates a balanced model of executive search and interim assignments, with additional advisory work across transformation and finance. Its core client base consists of mid to large cap private equity investors, supporting leadership teams across technology, product, data, AI and value creation mandates. The business is headquartered in Central London and has grown year on year head count and NFI, with the majority of the team being experienced consultants. The firm is on a strong growth trajectory, with ambitions to double revenue, expand into additional international markets (including the US), and significantly grow headcount over the coming years. The firm is hiring an Executive Assistant to support senior leaders during a critical phase of business growth. This is a high impact, proactive EA role, not a traditional reactive PA position. You will act as a trusted partner to senior leadership, helping them operate efficiently, stay focused on priorities, and execute at speed. The role offers exposure to senior decision making, client activity and strategic initiatives. There is scope to shape and expand the remit over time based on capability, interests and contribution.
The Responsibilities
- Proactive management of complex diaries and inboxes
- Scheduling and coordination of senior-level client and candidate interviews, often across time zones
- Acting as a filter for priorities and ensuring efficient use of leadership time
- Providing high-quality administrative support to senior leaders as required
- Supporting outreach activity, candidate communications and relationship management
- Preparing and formatting pitch decks, proposals, candidate summaries and briefing documents
- Assisting with internal projects and ad-hoc initiatives aligned to business priorities
- Maintaining data within a CRM system
- Supporting research and insight using external data and intelligence platforms
- Learning and applying AI tools to improve efficiency across: Candidate summaries, Pitch and proposal creation and Internal documentation and workflows
- Organising client meetings, lunches and internal events
- Acting as a positive, professional presence in a small, close knit office environment
