A leading Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) provider is seeking an experienced Performance Director to drive operational excellence, productivity, and return on investment across front-office and middle-office recruitment functions. This is a senior leadership role with a strong mandate to improve recruiter performance, optimise offshore delivery models, and embed data-led decision-making at scale. The role partners closely with executive stakeholders and offshore leadership to ensure performance standards are met, sustained, and continuously improved.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive recruiter productivity, ensuring Front Office teams consistently achieve Gross Profit and ROI targets.
- Partner with offshore delivery leadership to optimise team structures, governance, and commercial performance.
- Design, implement, and maintain centralised KPI dashboards to enable transparent, data-driven decision-making.
- Lead performance automation initiatives to streamline Middle Office processes and reduce reliance on manual workflows.
