Following a significant period of investment in our brand, marketing infrastructure, and business growth, we are looking for an ambitious Marketing Executive to join our team and help take our brand to the next level.
The Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and commercially minded Marketing Executive who wants to develop their career within a fast-growing international business. Over the last 12 months, this business has completed a major rebrand, launched a new website, developed a suite of marketing collateral, and refreshed all office branding and visual assets, so the foundations are set. We are now looking for someone who can own the execution, bring fresh ideas, amplify our brand presence globally, and help us attract exceptional talent to support our growth. This role would suit someone with 2-4 years of marketing experience who is eager to learn, is highly organised, creative, tech-savvy, and excited by the opportunity to make a visible impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Brand & Content Marketing
- Create engaging content across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant channels.
- Develop content that strengthens both our client-facing brand and employer brand.
- Write compelling copy for social media, website updates, thought leadership pieces, market insights, and marketing campaigns.
- Support consultants and leadership teams with content that showcases expertise across Energy, Technology, and Manufacturing.
- Ensure all content aligns with the brand positioning and tone of voice.
- Social Media & Employer Branding
- Own and manage social media presence.
- Increase brand awareness and engagement across target audiences.
- Create content that attracts prospective employees and helps showcase our culture, values, and success stories.
- Monitor performance metrics and utilise platform insights to improve engagement and reach.
- Support campaigns focused on talent attraction and company growth.
- Marketing Collateral & Design
- Create and update client-facing materials including client packs, market insight reports, one-pagers, and internal marketing materials.
- Work within existing brand guidelines and templates.
- Use Canva to produce professional and engaging visual content.
About You
We’re less concerned about years of experience and more interested in finding someone with the right attitude, mindset, and potential. You’ll likely have:
- 2-4 years’ experience in a marketing role.
- Strong written communication and copywriting skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- A proactive and self-starting approach.
- The ability to take a brief and execute to a high standard.
- Strong organisational and project management skills.
- Experience using Canva and creating marketing collateral.
- Good understanding of LinkedIn and social media analytics.
