Talent Development Strategy & Delivery Design and deliver engaging development programmes aligned to commercial and growth objectives. Design and continuously refine onboarding that accelerates productivity and long‑term success. Coaching & Training Deliver high‑impact training via workshops, group sessions, and 1:1 coaching. Provide on‑the‑job coaching that drives measurable performance gains. Act as a trusted advisor on learning, performance, and capability building. Own learning content within the LMS. Champion a high‑performance, learning‑led culture. Contribute to wider talent and people initiatives as the business scales. Background in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or sales recruitment / 360 roles (commercial exposure is highly valued). Passionate about developing people in fast‑paced, high‑performance environments. Experience delivering sales training is an advantage, but mindset and capability matter more than a perfect CV.
