The business has built a strong reputation, inclusive culture and highâperforming team, and is now entering the next phase of its growth journey. To support this evolution, the organisation is seeking an Interim / Fractional Chief People Officer to provide dedicated senior people leadership for the first time. This role has been created to bring strategic focus, structure and longâterm thinking to the people agenda, ensuring the organisation is fully equipped to scale while preserving the culture and values that define it.
What You Will Do:
- Lead the development of a multiâyear People Strategy aligned to business objectives, growth plans and future capability requirements.
- Advise on organisation design, workforce planning and succession, ensuring the business is prepared for scale.
- Establish clear performance frameworks, people metrics and dashboards, improving speed to competence, progression and accountability.
- Modernise employee relations and policy, embedding a progressive, valuesâled approach and equipping managers with practical peopleâleadership tools.
- Strengthen talent acquisition, onboarding and employer brand, enhancing EVP, candidate experience and internal communications.
- Demonstrate experience from worldâclass, highâperforming organisations with a track record of scaling SMEs or professional services business.
What We're Looking For:
- Trained HR Professional (CIPD Level 7).
- A coaching qualification - not required.
- Positive and solutionsâoriented outlook.
- A highly credible senior People leader with experience operating in valuesâled or professional services environments.
- Comfortable working at both strategic and handsâon levels, designing frameworks and driving implementation.
