A leading global executive search firm is seeking a driven, relationship-led Executive Assistant to support Partners operating at Board, CEO and C-suite level. This is a varied, strategic role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves being at the centre of complex search work, and wants to contribute far beyond classic EA duties.
The Role
- You will have full ownership of Partner diary and inbox management, ensuring seamless scheduling across high volumes of meetings, interviews and client interactions.
- You’ll play a key role in search execution—liaising confidently with senior stakeholders, maintaining process and pace, tracking data, preparing documents, and ensuring a flawless candidate and client experience.
- You will also support marketing, events and business development, including CRM management, campaign coordination and end-to-end delivery of high-touch events and thought-leadership initiatives.
What You’ll Bring
- Experience in executive search or recruitment operations, ideally supporting senior-level mandates.
- Exceptional organisational skills with comfort managing heavy email flow and complex diaries.
- Strong written communication, proofing and documentation skills.
- Confidence partnering with senior clients and candidates; able to build rapport quickly.
- Experience with CRM systems (FileFinder or similar) and Microsoft Office suite.
