A growing international business is looking to hire a Commercial Contracts & Compliance Executive to support the management of a rapidly expanding contractor network across multiple regions including the UK, US, and APAC.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 2–4 years of relevant experience who is looking to develop within a commercially focused environment and take ownership of contractor onboarding, compliance, and contractual processes.
The business currently manages a large contractor base consisting primarily of Limited Company contractors and is investing in developing internal capability through external training support.
Key Responsibilities- Managing contractor onboarding processes
- Supporting candidate care throughout the contractor lifecycle
- Issuing and managing contractor terms and agreements
- Ensuring compliance documentation is completed and maintained
- Assisting with contractor insurance requirements
- Supporting the management of a growing contractor book
- Liaising with internal stakeholders regarding contract administration and commercial processes
- Reporting directly into senior finance/commercial leadership
- ~3–4 years’ experience within contracts, compliance, onboarding, recruitment operations, or a related commercial support role
- ~ Experience working with contractor populations, ideally Limited Company contractors
- ~ Strong organisational and administrative skills
- ~ Excellent attention to detail
- ~ Ability to manage multiple contracts and processes simultaneously
- ~ Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
- ~ Exposure to international markets or global operations would be advantageous
