  • Design and deliver engaging development programmes aligned to commercial and growth objectives.
  • Build capability across sales, leadership, and management populations.
  • Design and continuously refine onboarding that accelerates productivity and long‑term success.
  • Coaching & Training
  • Deliver high‑impact training via workshops, group sessions, and 1:1 coaching.
  • Provide on‑the‑job coaching that drives measurable performance gains.
  • Partner with managers to identify skill gaps and implement targeted development plans.
  • Work closely with senior leaders and people managers.
  • Act as a trusted advisor on learning, performance, and capability building.
  • Influence stakeholders to adopt scalable, high‑value development solutions.
  • Own learning content within the LMS.
  • Champion a high‑performance, learning‑led culture.
  • Measure impact and ROI of development activity.
  • Contribute to wider talent and people initiatives as the business scales.

Background in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or sales recruitment / 360 roles (commercial exposure is highly valued). Passionate about developing people in fast‑paced, high‑performance environments. Experience delivering sales training is an advantage, but mindset and capability matter more than a perfect CV.
