Key Responsibilities

  • Ownership of monthly management accounts, including journals, accruals, and prepayments
  • Preparation of balance sheet reconciliations and oversight of core controls
  • Production and analysis of gross margin and commission reporting
  • Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
  • Delivering insightful financial reporting to senior stakeholders
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements and automation across finance

What They’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in a Management Accountant or similar role
  • Strong track record of improving processes or driving automation within finance
  • Advanced Excel skills, with exposure to tools such as Power BI or similar advantageous
