L&D Consultant – Professional Services Agency
£38-40k plus 10% Bonus
Manchester – Hybrid (3 days in office)

My client are an established professional services recruitment agency/consultancy business, focusing on supporting businesses to find experts within multiple industries globally.
They are looking to hire a 3rd person to join their Manchester team and work with a cohort across the business to develop consultants from rookies through to team leads.

The Role
As an L&D Partner, you will:
- Design and delivery of L&D Solutions across multiple channels including classroom, desk based, 121 coaching, live call coaching.
- Training admin, planning and coordination with the management team and training needs analysis for the wider business.
- Deliver verbal feedback to managers and relevant stakeholders on progress of consultants and employees during training sessions.
- Support the Talent Attraction team with onboarding new employees with proactive feedback to help maximise retention and minimise churn.
- Manage the end to end process to training programmes and undertake analysis and reporting on these to evaluate their success.
What we are looking for
- The successful candidate will be a recruiter with at least 3+ years experience and can demonstrate success through billings/promotions within a business.
- This person will have exposure in delivering mentoring or training, and have had exposure to coaching both groups and 121.
- Must have experience as a 360 recruiter or have extensive experience in training consultants around Business Development.
