The Company
My client is recognised as one of the fastest organically growing business in Europe and are becoming a major disruptor in the Fintech, Sports and Entertainment industries. They are looking to grow their existing L&D function, bringing in an L&D Consultant to support the continued growth in their London office.
They offer top of the range training and a proven success model as part of their L&D function and are looking for an excellent 360 recruiter to make their first jump into L&D and grow within this area in the business.

The Role
As an L&D Consultant, you will:
- Delivery of the experienced consultant programmes, as well as supporting on junior delivery and gaining exposure to senior leadership mentorship.
- Adjusting the design and delivery of their various training programmes to streamline and entail multiple training methods, including classroom, desk based and 121 coaching.
- Opportunity to take on wider L&D responsibilities and learn the strategy side as to the ROI and long-term rewards of an L&D function.
- Working closely with senior leaders on new/updated training ideas
- Develop and improve their current performance management plans, as well as levelling up their PDPs.
- Working closely with the existing L&D and People function to evaluate success, improvement and ongoing work to strive to be the best!
What we are looking for
- The successful candidate will be a 360 recruiter with management/mentorship experience..
- This person will have experience in mentoring or managing junior consultants.
- Must have experience as a 360 recruiter or have extensive experience in training consultants around Business Development.
