We have partnered with an established and high-performing multi-site recruitment business and they are seeking an experienced Learning & Development Manager to support its next phase of growth. This role has been created to drive performance, develop future leaders, and evolve into a Head of People position over time.
This role is a forward-looking investment in capability, designed to elevate performance and support continued growth.
- Design and deliver structured training programmes for recruitment consultants
- Develop competency frameworks, learning pathways, and training materials
- Monitor training effectiveness and report on performance outcomes
- Support employee engagement, retention, and career development initiatives
Requirements:
- 2–3 years’ experience working on a recruitment desk
- 1–3 years’ experience in a Learning & Development or training role within recruitment
- Strong coaching, mentoring, and facilitation skills
- Commercial understanding of recruitment performance and KPIs
- A genuine passion for developing people and improving performance
- ILM Level 3 qualification (or above)
- Experience building structured training programmes
